We are regular visitors to the DR since my wife was born here. She was more upset with the rental than me. Once we found the place the guard did not even know the name of the rental complex which we could see written on a wall not 50 feet behind him. The reception was nowhere to be found. No signs anywhere. We had to go to another ressort to be told that it was hidden in another area with a different name. Once found lets say we were bothering them. We got there at the specified time and had to wait 3 hours for cleaning the room. Just told to wait outside for the maid to let us in. So once inside it did not look like the photos on thier site. A couple of towels and nothing else. Right beside the building was a motocycle repair shop. So you can imagine the noise until around midnight. Good luck trying to sleep. When we were checking out the manager was nowhere to be found. Say goodby to the key deposit. This is a bad way to end our wonderfull weeks we spent in the DR traveling around the country. Lucky it was just 1 night.

Une résidence village tranquille en bord de la pla
Une résidence composée de petites unités avec le confort nécessaire et une petite piscine pour un usage quasi privatif d'une dizaine d'appartements. Mer avec plage bavaro à côté, site calme mais avec finalement peu d'animations et une offre limitée de restauration. L'ensemble reste cependant cher surtout le prix de l'électricité payée en supplément. Super petits déjeuners

Les filles à la réception sont très désagréables. C'est une ARNAQUE elles demandent EN CASH e20$US pour l'électricité et refont payer un supplément si vous avez utilisé la clim! L'appartement était mal entretenu, vieillot et en déclin. Je déconseille!

DONT STAY HERE !!!!!! First off if u think ur getting a good deal with this place ur wrong it’s disgusting and a waste of money I spent over a thousand dollars to stay here because the pictures were beautiful and the place look nice first when we got there it’s in a terrible neighborhood and there is multiple construction zones and trash everywhere when we got there the staff was rude and made us feel like we were bothering them for staying they gave us our room and there was no working ac and we told them and they said they were gonna fix it and it looks them 5 hours to do it and even when they fixed it the place was still unbearable to be in the whole house had humidity problems the kitchen was dirty so we’re the rooms there was roaches and Beattles and the showers had mold growing in them and the there was barely any water pressure let alone hot water we asked if we could get a new suite and refused and they had no refunds the place comes with free breakfast which is normally not the good anyways but this place had 3 food options and they were all Terrible and the food was not edible and u can only order off a menu of 4 things all the stuff was massively over priced and just not good everything about this place is a disaster and one of the employees told us they use photoshop to make the rooms look a lot nicer then they are they prey on tourist and are simply scamming people out of there Money the places sounds fancy Los corales but there’s not one fancy thing about it

When we arrived on 7/26 the room was not as depicted in the pictures. The bathrooms sink, shower faucets and bidet where rusted. In the bathroom they had signs saying to not throw toilet paper in the toilets to throw it in the trash as well as the toilet kept on flushing. One of the ac's stopped working 2 hrs after we got there we were so told to pay $120.00 for electricity which wasn't indicated for the time we were staying. One of the closets had broken handles. The microwave was rusted. To turn off the TV you had to unplug it. In one of the 3 bedrooms a light wasn't working.The sliding door to one of the balconies didn't lock and door that lead to another balcony had the wood split that's Safety issue. The cushions on some of the lounge seating on the balcony was dirty and stained. We also were supposed to use water from a water cooler they provided to cook with slash brush our teeth and was our dishes to drink from and whatever else we needed to use the water for. Everything was dingy and outdated. My family and i felt so uncomfortable and unsafe. We would of left the same day we arrived but i couldn't find anything available that same day so we had to stay the night we left on 7/27 in the morning.

I ment to write this review as soon as I got back bu to got busy. I was extremely disappointed with this apartment not just because it was dated. The towel seat in the second bathroom was broken and no one ever came to fix it. The towels provided were terrible did not dry you. And on top of it all the management requested an $80 US dollar deposit we only stayed there 3 days of the original 4 planned and they only returned $20. Dollars without even reading the meter. Total rip off that I allowed because we were in a hurry to leave and I did not want to make a big deal in front of my Mother and Mother in Law who were already disappointed. I would never ever say there again. The Management service is terrible

The property managers and workers were all extremely friendly and nice. They addressed all concerns we had with the property in a timely manner. The Deluxe Condo was directly on the beach. The palm frond umbrellas were convenient and the beach worker set up chairs for us each day. It was nice that there were a couple of restaurants very close by. The owners of the condo should seriously consider making some updates and maintenance. We realize we were in another country, but the kitchen needs updating and the furniture is cheap. If we are going to be charged extra for electricity, I think they should just raise the rates and include that up front. The air conditioning unit in the living room needs updating as well. A neighboring guest told us their room was very nice and had ceiling fans. That would have been a nice option. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Not what it advertises!
The pictures shown are not what you get. The resort has several different sections and almost every unit is not on the beach or with views of beach. We had views of pool if standing on Ph patio but back patio and roof top view was the back alley of a building which was literally falling apart and crumbling. The interior of the PH was itself deteriorating. Kitchen cabinets peeling pressed wood, 2nd bath shower head had to be handheld or it sprayed all over the bathroom, 2nd bathroom smelled of mold and the door to the outside patio was cracked and broken letting air out and light through. Third bedroom is a shack on the rooftop terrace, big hike downstairs to use the bathroom. They don’t tell you in advance that you’ll have to leave $40 cash only per ac unit as a deposit because electric isn’t included. Then they charged us more than $20 a day for kw hrs used. My parents live locally and use way more electric monthly than we did in three nights and their bill is less! No daily towels service. And they expect you to use your one assigned towel at the beach and to bathe. Gross! You only get one key and everyone must share. If you go to the beach, you can sit but you’ll be harassed by different workers asking to see your key the whole day. And the beach is not clean. Seaweed and trash. They don’t clean it up. The lack of full disclosure plus unlike regular resorts of hotels, the “front desk” or office isn’t available 24 hours. And they are annoyed if you run late to check in.

Staff were awesome. Food was also great. Even the spa was really good…but it needs more fixing up and more cleanliness in the villas. Outside looks nice but needs lots of work. We should be allowed to use any of the pools around there but you are not allowed. You do not need to rent a car to get around and beach is 1-2 minutes away. But staff are great. Villas need to be updated and modernized.

Positive: comfortable apartment great for big families, literally in front of the ocean, quiet, safe, free breakfast, free water dispenser in the unit. Staff responded quickly to solve AC issues. Negative: Stayed in apartment number three which master room shower didn’t have hot water, and AC got damaged after the second day. Also, there was water coming out under the bathroom sink when I was taking a shower. In addition, they charged for electricity usage. When I did the check in, staff asked for a cash deposit and deducted the electricity usage from it at check out. I almost lost the deposit when I went to check out because there was no one in the office and it was almost time for the taxi to pick me up. I’m glad I could get my money back on time.

The area is basically a bunch of villas rented out. There is no washer and dryer as advertised and also, the you have to pay for the electric bill, we stayed for 18 days and paid $364 USD cash. The beach is also full of seaweeds which is rotting on the shore and very stinky, we didn’t take a dip in Bavaro beach which was advertised as one of the best beaches in Punta Cana for that reason, we had to drive to Macao beach which was 23km away from the resort just to have fun at the beach.

Almost physical altercation due to lack of communication. Front desk was very unprofessional. Didn’t feel safe so I never stayed. It was also too much going on around the place. ( unsafe). Return the key in the morning. My 20.00 deposit for electricity turned into 14 dollars. I will NEVER recommend this place.
