« This place is the sweetest little room you could find. Everything was super easy to access and the room was very clean and exactly as listed. The bed was comfortable, the linens were clean, and the area was quiet and safe. Bryan met me as I was coming in and helped me with my bags, which was so sweet. It’s in close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and any highway you need. I will definitely look into staying here the next time I’m in the area. »

« Our stay at the Cozy Upper Room was great just as we expected. We stayed here before and will do so again. Mary is a great hostess, the room has everything you need, it is clean and comfortable . Feels very private and a great location. Easy walk to downtown Black Mountain. »

« Ideal location. All you need is within walking distance. Beautiful property. Loved the well chosen art inside. Mostly loved having my coffee on the balcony overlooking the street. Was quiet inside so not disturbed with action outside. Everything we needed was there and Nancy was a great host. Many thanks to her. We will be back. »

« Property is as described and pictures are accurate. It was clean and well appointed, bed was comfy, hot tub was clean. The only time I ever heard sounds from the host was the garage door opener rumbled x1 while I styed for 6 nights. Otherwise it's very quiet and the forest tree frogs serenade you at night if you open the window by the bed. »

« I found this to be a charming studio apartment that was easy to locate. It was located close to several dinner options as well as close to the highway for an early departure the next morning. The Wi-Fi worked very well, as did the TV. I would stay here again if I was ever in need of a place in that part of Ashville. »
