« Really enjoyed our stay in this bywater beauty. We had our moms with us and the separate sleeping area upstairs made it easy to come in late and also sleep late while the moms enjoyed their morning coffees on the patio. Parking was easy and so were ubers. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others. »

« The heat in the home was off when we arrived late on a very cold (34 Fahrenheit) night, the space heaters provided were insufficient and slow to bring the temperature up. The instructions list loading the dishwasher, but we never found one. They also list the place as sleeping 6 (and do have 3 large beds), but only provided 4 bath towels, 4 washcloths, and one bath mat. « Great space! WiFi didn’t work. Texted host for info and it was slow communication. Smoke alarm battery was chirping and we had to remove it. They did let us check out late which was amazing because it was in the middle of a down pour. »

« The place was fantastic. We found everything we needed. Plenty of parking, I drug my boat, so normally finding a place for my trailer is a hassle, but not at R&as. I put my boat in the water and left it in the water the whole time. Loved it, can’t wait to go back. »

« This was a wonderful place to stay. I would definitely stay there again. I only wish they had made it clear they weren't going to send the check-in information until the last minute, because the ad suggests they might confirm that two days prior to the stay. So don't get worried when you haven't heard from them and you're almost there. »
