« This cabin has a mountain feel with the trees and surrounding area, but the view over the river is spectacular. Drinking coffee from the deck and watching barges float by with all the nature you could ask for. We were blessed to be greated by a baby fawn at the foot of the stairs. It never moved even though we were all around. The momma came and took it home later.Beds are very comfy but you will want to spend as much time as you can on the deck looking at the water. « We could complain that our 20 mile walk left us with blisters, but there was no complaining about our stay at this cabin. It is a very beautiful place and we would recommend it to anyone. We all need a front porch and hammock view this place has. Thanks again Jackie and Greg »

« The hiking trail was perfect for my 2 little kiddos. The property was gorgeous. The cabin was clean. The host was very responsive and stopped in to give us some extra towels. We’ve stayed at a lot of cabins. And we’ll be returning to this one. It was great. The front and back porch were huge and clean and great to watch the rain. »
