I understand situations like the key card happen, but to not have any staff working the front desk is a bit over the top... »

« We had two different rooms with broken security features - in one, the lock had been knocked off the wall (looked like the door was kicked in from the hallway), and in the second the peephole was MISSING from the door. There was just an open hole that you easily see into the room. No thanks. »

« The beds were comfortable. The carpet looks bad and should be replaced. Cleaning in the bathroom ( especially behind doors and in corners) should be looked at, but that’s something we typically see in hotels though. »

Thisocation makes it possible to stay in one location without having to lug out belongings everywhere. It is quiet, friendly, peaceful, and nobody bothers you. The stay is like having your own apartment in a peaceful and pleasant environment. I like that I have one set place without worry. The staff is wonderful and will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs and make things possible....
