« The Microtel was a stop on our way home. It was clean the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful and courteous. As we were driving on the next day we got a call and it was the front desk. We had left a water bottle and they offered to send it to our home. The water bottle arrived today! Thanx. It’s good to know that good customer service still exists!! »

« It was very clean, I booked the jetted tub room with king bed. Very spacious and neat. Kids had fun in the tub. I also love the waffle maker. Just press the ok button, your waffle will be ready. Nice and professional staff. However, Housekeeping is daily and they also knock on your door to clean your room( since Covid, I have never seen any hotel with that. It’s either they clean every other day or request housekeeping) sometimes they don’t clean it even after requesting? The only negative parts...
