« Picked this hotel because the pool looked fun to give my daughter something to do. The first night was hard to enjoy the pool because they were a bunch of rowdy boys there that were too rough for smaller kids to play. The hot tub was nice. I wish the pool was a foot deeper. But it was fun none the less. The floors around the pool area need to be cleaned.
The room itself was ok, but they could use a remodel, and a good cleaning. The bed was comfy enough to get a good night's rest. Parking was...

« The property was extremely dirty, damaged doors curtains, falling off the windows TV unplugged no cable until I went and plugged it in myself dust an inch deep. It was so bad we went and bought our own sheets and bedding come back and strip the room of all that’s belongings where the bedding is concerned and laid out our own new clean stuff. It would be a place that I will never stay again as soon has slept in my car. We were there for the college World Series just a few days ago will not...

« We had a very nice stay. The lobby area is large and has a lot of chairs, so it's a nice area to sit in and relax. They even have some games, like a pool table and a big Connect4 game for kids. We also really liked their breakfast. They had a good variety of food, and it was better quality than most hotel breakfasts I've had.
The only drawback was our room setup. Although the room was called a "suite," it wasn't what I would consider a true hotel suite in terms of having two separate rooms...

« The check in staff was good. Our room smelled odd after entering. The toilet wouldn’t flush. When my husband went to front desk he was handed a plunger and gloves! That didn’t work so after going back to the front desk we were given another room and told that someone flushed a rubber duck. In the new room that was right next to the dinging elevator when I went to use plastic cup for water it had used toothbrush head in it! We will never stay at Holiday Inn Express again! »

« The rooms have been recently remodeled. When I got to my room there was a 50' extension cord leading to a charger for the window shades. I reported it to the front desk and they had maintenance come and remove it.
I had a King bed room. The only chair was the deak chair. There was plenty of room for a comfortable chair or even a lobe seat, but nothing was in the area except an end table. An end table with no seat next to it. Humm. They said they were still working on getting the rooms...
