« Extremely disappointing stay – safety and cleanliness issues..My family vacation was ruined by this property, forcing me to cut my trip short. The front desk staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful during check-in. The room itself was in unacceptable condition: the carpets were dirty, the chair was heavily stained, and there were boogers on the wall. « Overall, this is a very nice hotel and we had a good experience. A couple of issues that were confusing were: 1. The outdoor pool cleaning wasn't completed until 11am on a very warm day, and it seems that should be able to be finished in time for guests to enjoy the pool every day during pool hours. 2.
