« I don't recall seeing smoke detectors or house rules. House took a long time warm up an electric fire place on the wall would have been nice along with extra blankets. Hot water took long to warm. A dresser or chifferobe would have been nice in the bedroom . I Would suggest clearer instructions to the location of the house. »

« The cleanliness of this place was just completely unacceptable. In my mind, you have one job, just make sure you clean it well between guests. The bed is also a complete tragedy. I had an event today that I am completely miserable for now because of the lack of sleep and literal pains that I woke up with. The driveway up the alley is not made for low sitting cars. « we had plenty to do but the issues were with the toilet which did get fixed, but also the upstairs shower was constantly dripping. I did not tell the girls this, but I did see a mouse skitter across the floor in the kitchen and run under the stove. You need to get on top of that issue. Also, please stock the kitchen with a few more things like foil for instance. I do also think you should maybe invest in some plastic cups if you don't want to add to the glasses or mugs. « We very much enjoyed in our time in Eric’s home. He was a gracious host and attended to all messages with promptness. All areas of the house were exceptionally clean, the house felt like home. We visit Omaha often and have found a new go to home for our short term rentals. »

« This was a fantastic spot for our family to stay for the College World Series. Super easy access in and out, we parked at the Crieghton soccer field lot. The house has everything you could want and the extra spots to spread out worksles great for our teenagers. We also took advantage of the easy to use fire table to make s'mores. »
