« Super nice hotel, I wasn't impressed by the number of cigarette butts laying on the ground near the entry walkway. Pool, hot tub & breakfast were awesome, my only issue was the bed was a bit hard for me, but not everything can be perfect. Staff were very hospitable! Well done. »

« We travel a lot and this hotel has to be the worst we’ve ever experienced in terms of hospitality and customer service. There is an obvious management issue where staff are poorly trained and the hotel is even understaffed at times. Another lady and I waited for someone at front desk for almost a half an hour with no one to be found and we even called the front desk while standing there and heard the phone ring to the back with no one to answer. « Breakfast was absolutely amazing, we stayed three nights and each day had different meats. The cheese omelets were delicious and fluffy, the meats were well cooked with great flavor, the waffle bar was organized and yummy. I would request they add oat or almond milk creamer options for allergies to the coffee bar. My kids enjoyed the pool. The staff was so kind and welcoming. « The hotel was nice, but the elevator was malfunctioning. Also the bed was so uncomfortable that we might as well slept on the floor. It was terrible! The pillows were also useless. It was a terrible nights sleep. The location was great but we will not be staying here again. »
