« When we arrived to check (3 couples traveling together) the guest in front of us was having trouble with his reservation.we stood in line over 30 min without a word of acknowledgment from the desk clerk or the manager that came out to help her for a few minutes. It was 6:30 pm and we hadn’t eaten yet. We finally rolled out our luggage and left to eat as there was no end in site from the problems they were having with the other customer.
