« This was an incredibly odd experience from start to finish. I was double charged for the entire stay the moment I walked in the door and was told that's a standard but I was also told that if the charge did go through they would take care of it. So I'm not sure if it's a standard or if they were unsure it was supposed to happen that way. We arrived and noticed the beach volleyball court was totally overgrown. The pool was not full and wouldn't be during our stay. They did not have an ice machine...

« Room was great, pool and hottub were very nice. Breakfast was fantastic. My only issue with this stay. Was not holiday inns fault. This room was listed as a room with a private hot tub. I talked to the staff at the hotel. They havent had hot tubs in the rooms in about 4 years. Expedia keeps listing it as a private hotel tub. »
