« Habitaciones limpias, personal muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Desayuno rico, variado y pendientes de que sus huéspedes no se queden sin desayuno, un día bajamos tarde y buscaron algunas cosas extras para nuestro hijo. Lamentablemente cuando fuimos el fitness Centers, piscina y tina estaban en mantenimiento pero se veían muy limpias desde fuera. »

« Tout était parfait l’accueil,la propreté,la literie,chambre spacieuse avec 2 grands lits et un canapé lit ,cuisine. Le petit déjeuner permettait de bien démarrer la journée avec gaufres, fruits, bagel steak et fromage en tranches,œufs au plat, céréales ,granola et jus de fruits, Yaourt (sucré) c est le seul reproche que j’ai à faire car il n y avait pas de fromage blanc ou yaourt nature.C’est à 5min à pieds d’un supermarché et à 10min à pied de l’université NIU.La piscine était propre et à...

« Bugs. I know it has to be hard to keep up with the bugs, but there were cockroaches in one of the buildings. I did call and ask to be refunded but I ended up moving to a different building and had a better experience. Overall I did not feel safe or clean staying in this hotel. »

« Room had a smell of cat urine, bathroom was cold no vent or heat. There was no hot water and we were up graded to the jacuzzi room and was not able to use it due to the lack of hot water. Informed front desk of hot water issue when we checked out and we’re told to let the hot water run form15-20 minutes and then it should be hot. Terrible room will not be back. »

« The property was listed as newly renovated, and it certainly was not! Only the flooring looked new. The pictures online do not match what you actually get. Bed very hard and simply one mattress on a metal frame. Doors/locks did not feel secure. Very poorly insulated, we could hear every little noise from other rooms and the road. The first room we went into was so strong cleaning product/chemical smelling that it made eyes water and induced an asthma attack. Second room was stale old smoke...
