« Le plus mauvais BW où j'ai résidé !!! Nous avons dû changer 3x de chambre pour obtenir une non fumeur. Le membre du staff pretextant qu'il ne sentait la cigarette alors qu'on pensait être à l'intérieur d'un cendrier. Comparativement, les autres motels du coin sont moins cher. Literie inconfortable, staff absent aux heures de service, plis de café disponible. Bref, une catastrophe »

« L’hôtel est joli mais les restaurants et la piscine étaient fermés sans que nous soyons avertis au préalable. De plus notre réservation était avec petit déjeuner inclus mais arrivé à l’hôtel ils nous ont dit que ce n’était pas inclus. Même pas un café à la réception ni de cafetière dans la chambre. »

« Utica is a super cute, comfy vibe little town. The Mill Street loft #2 is right in the heart of the downtown. Parking is ample and a short walk to the loft. Everything is as pictured. The decor is top notch. And a cozy vibe. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Just to note, there are quite of a bit of stairs to get to the loft upstairs. We heard a little noise from the Main Street but by 10:00 PM on a Saturday night, it was very quiet. Good communication with the host. I highly recommend...

« My family and I stayed in the Frances suite. It is very nicely finished, super clean and spacious. The kitchen has all the essentials. We love its location in downtown Utica and right above a coffee shop! »

« Even with the abundance of photos that are posted on the listing, this cabin still offered pleasant surprises and whimsy. The bird watching that you can partake in from the rear deck…what?!! A group of turkeys even paid us a visit!!!!The cabin is so well appointed…we overshopped. You truly only need to bring the food that you want to eat. The coffee and tea selections had something for everyone and I was with 3 senior women who have very particular tastes! Each bedroom is so well laid out that...

« This accommodation was an excellent place to stay. It was SO clean. It was a great location, close to restaurants and a quick ride to hiking! Communication went smoothly. Definitely would stay again! »

« It was great to have a little home base while we explore and hike the surrounding area. We also had it pretty nice and cool. Be warn, it doesn’t stay super cool all day as it was hot. It was around the 90s and the ac barely kept the place at 78 during the day. But you’re supposed to be out anyways. Pleasant stay. »
