I was assured a first floor room over the phone. Upon arrival I received a second floor room and told there was nothing listed on my reservation. »

« This property technically had what was needed, but it was very, very bare minimum. For instance - 3 towels for 4 people is not sufficient, and there was not an extra pillow or extra blanket to be found. We have 2 teenagers and 1 slept on the couch. We didn’t even have an extra blanket to give him - which was a bummer. Luckily, we had some extra sweatshirts with us. But - we were only there 1 night so we made it work, any more than that and it would not have worked for us. »

« Definitely don’t recommend anyone to this hotel front desk lady was in everyone’s buisness and told other guests about people’s problems at the hotel! Also I had switch 3 rooms because of no ac with the weather being in high 90s and I got nothing but attitude and disrespect from the front desk for politely asking to switch to a new room! Then I went to extend my stay for personal reasons and I got kicked out of the room I was staying in because my room was “booked” already and they put me in...
