« House was great, accommodated four of us well. Backyard is a beautiful setting, suggest maybe having yard chairs to use. Very comfortable beds and sitting area. Location was close to town. Bobby quickly responded to and fulfilled a request. Would suggest maybe a better stocked kitchen. We would stay here again, enjoyed our stay! »

« The property is located right across from Hawks Nest State Park. The neighborhood is quiet. You can sit on the front porch or out back on the patio or up by the fire pit. We saw deer, birds and heard a fox at night. The house is clean, comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. The beds are very comfortable. Great drawer and closet space too! « Most unique property! Very warm and inviting when we arrived-felt more like arriving at a friends house vs a rental property. Location was perfect for walking around town to restaurants and shops. Short drive to white water rafting and hiking. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend! »

« The house was very cute and had everything we needed for our stay. It was difficult to find the driveway, but the host Wendy gave us excellent directions. Walkable to all the restaurants and a short drive to the visitor's center for New River Gorge National Park. There is another visitor center about 45 minutes away, but it was not a bad drive. Would definitely stay again. »

« Stayed with two dogs and two teens. Had a great time, it’s a great location! »

« I’m very picky about cleanliness and details. Compared to other places we’ve stayed, this was my favorite. We wanted to experience the eateries in the area, and I was on vacation from cooking, so we didn’t use much in the lovely kitchen besides coffee mugs and a few glasses and silverware. Nearly everything was provided that we needed and then some. Would book it again, for sure! »

« We were group of 6 families with 25 members and had an absolutely amazing time. Initially our friends were hesitating as it’s totally in woods and were not sure what to expect. But everyone had a blast. House was clean and had so many beds that everyone got to sleep in their own bed with clean blankets. Kitchen is well equipped. Backyard view is gorgeous with place to do campfire and grill. We spent so much time there. And a big backyard where we had family games. House had so many little trails...

« We enjoyed our stay at Allison’s place. She responded quickly and went above and beyond to accommodate our little family. Her house is cozy and has cool art. It is in a great spot to explore New River Gorge and some tasty restaurants! »

« We had an amazing 3 night stay here. Would of liked to stay longer as we missed some good hikes. The house had everything we needed. It was comfortable with plenty of space. There was plenty of good literature on the area at the house that was useful when planning activities. With all the houses ammeinaties we never had to go without. CLOSE TO EVERTHING! With such a short stay, it was nice to only spend 10 minutes in the car per activity to get to several amazing hikes and rafting. A short...

« This was a great little home. It was clean, and had plenty of space for our needs. It was comfortable, and clean. We did not end up using the hot tub because we were too warm every evening when we got home. I would stay here again! »
