« This was a great property for our family (with small kids and a dog) for a long weekend to New River Gorge NP. The house was well equipped for us all. The kitchen had all the basics needed, a small charcoal grill on the deck, a firepit with firewood, a restaurant style highchair for our 1yr old, basketball game and foosball table for the 5yr old, basic supplies like dishsoap, laundry soap, papertowels, tp and whatnot. « We had a wonderful stay! Communication with the host was seamless, even when we had a last-minute house change. Everything was handled quickly and with ease, which took a lot of stress out of the process. The property itself was exactly as described and appeared just as expected—clean, comfortable, and ready for us to enjoy. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience that made our trip even better. « This home had everything on our list for an ideal, quiet birthday weekend! Remote, but easy to get to. Quiet, but near adventure opportunities. Not only were we able to bring our dog, but the fenced in yard attached to the balcony was really smart! There were even couch covers so we could let our little couch hippo relax after hiking all day while we soaked in the hot tub. The kitchen offered ample space for cooking.
