« This is a great place. Very clean and nice. The check in and check out process was a breeze and the management was very quick to respond to our questions. The location right off Duval is perfect. Everything is within walking distance, but you're far enough away from the late night bars to filter out the noise. However a rogue rooster may try to wake you up in the morning . Beautiful place, definitely recommend. »

« Very impressed with the size and space of this unit. Great for a group . First floor with pool table and Arcade was great for the teens traveling with us!They had their own private space and upstairs we had a ton of space to spread out .Community is beautifully landscaped , has gorgeous ocean front location and lovely pool and amenities. Right across the street was a 4 star resort playa largo which we went for late lunch “ happy hour “ which is from 3-7pm st their restaurant “ sol by the sea”....

« Beautiful property! Can't say enough about it. Just like the pictures. Lots of extras....laundry soap, beach chairs, small cooler, beach towels, plenty of bath towels, every kitchen utensil, even spices. On demand hot water, large permanent umbrella above the table near the pool (different than the pictures) Home is in excellent condition. We plan to return. »

« We brought our 21 foot center console and used the provided dock space. Other than it being very shallow to get in and out to the main channel, it was perfect for loading and unloading and it was safe with no waves or issues for our six night stay. Management provides intel on boat and trailer logistics. The house was spacious and clean. It’s one flight of stairs. Private reserved code entry parking space. Fenced in tropical oasis with huge mangrove trees overlooking the water. Grillled...
