« The listing is exactly like the property!! It was beautiful and modern. The owner was a delight to work with. It felt like a home and everyone in my party enjoyed it. Only downfall was the lack of cooking items in the kitchen that would have been helpful (were a family that enjoying a cooking while on vacation): a cutting board, rubber spatula, tongs, maybe a few more pots and pans. « We enjoyed our stay at this condo! The communication after booking was excellent and made the check-in process very easy. There is one parking spot designated and it was close to the entrance. The condo was very clean and had all the basics provided. Access to laundry was so nice and detergent was provided. Beds were comfortable in all rooms. Perfect space for our family. « This was a beautiful condo and PERFECT location in commuting to the conference I was attending at Margaritaville. I was disheartened on arriving and seeing the deck under reconstruction, didn't see that when I originally booked my reservation as that would've been a deal breaker for me. « Condo was spacious and clean. It is dated some, but clean. The master bed mattress was really bad. It sloped towards the middle and you felt every movement. The boat slip is not setup for bass boats, but larger pontoons or ski boats. It has exposed metal pipe on the sides that can gouge/scratch your boat if you get under them.
