During the booking process, please specify the actual number of guests that will be staying. This is important because it impacts how we prep the space. Condo RULES:
- Renters must be 25 years or older with valid Government issued identification.
- No Smoking | No Pet | No Party | No Event | No Large Gathering.
- Maximum 6 guests occupancy per Osage Beach Fire Department Code.
- Camden County noise ordinance (quiet hours) from 10:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Noise violation up to $250 fine and local law enforcement offices will be engaged.
- Display the parking card on the dashboard of your vehicle when in the parking lot. Vehicles without parking cards will be towed by Property Management.
- Pool hours are from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Wear pool wristbands. Open Memorial Weekend. Pool close mid-September. Contact host for details.
- No glass containers in the pool area - $1,000 fine.
- $30 charge for loss of each pool band and parking passes.
- Boat slip included with a minimum of 4 nights or is an additional $25/night.
- This condo complex DOES NOT offer parking for trailers. Grand Glaize Public Beach 2 offers parking for trailers and boat launch.
- The master bedroom bathtub has no jets.
- Use caution when using the electric grill by keeping it away from the building and railing.
- No smoking inside nor outside the balcony. There are designated smoking areas outside the condo complex. Extra $100 additional cleaning fees to be collected for service fee to remove cigarette buds and waste from the balcony.
- Unauthorized late check-out will result in an extra charge: $60/hour, daily rate after 3 hours. Host will accommodate guests early and late check-out when able, please communicate with the host.

*Violation of condo complex rules or city ordinances results in a $100 fine per violation and local law enforcement offices will be engaged when necessary.*
