« We enjoyed our stay a lot the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and our kids ages 8 and 4 had a great time we rented the clubhouse room and I recommend that for any one with kids. My girls loved having there own little house and it came with a TV in there for them. Room was very clean the pool was nice as well as the water park. The only thing I didn't like was paying full price for breakfast after spending 575 on the room for two nights, it would have been nice for a free...

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« When we first entered our room, we thought it was great. Then as we started unpacking we noticed how dirty things were. Our daughter was going to sleep on the pull out sofa and there was popcorn and other food chunks in the sofa bed. We tried to make up the bed and there were no linens available. Called 3 times before we got anything. Ended up with 2 sets of sheets, 6 pillowcases, no pillows,and no blankets. Remotes didn't have batteries, so we had to call and get some. « unbenknownst to me, the hotel is going through an extensive renovation. mattresses all over the place in the back, sawdust, drywall dust all around. nothing more than a bottle of water as an amenity. the conditioner and soap containers in the bathroom were empty, the iron was rusted and ended up staining my shirt. the lady at the front desk was very nice and kind and let me check in early. for that, i am grateful . this hotel SHOULD NOT be offered to the public without a clear notice about...
