« Overall our stay was great! There was nice supplies left for use during our stay. Everything was clean and organized. The backyard was great to hang out in, many different seating areas to choose from. Our doggo had a great time playing fetch in the yard. I will however say that the neighbor has two what appear to be golden doodles whom are not the nicest dog's, the owners of the cabin have zero control over this. But if you a dog who is not really friendly with dogs this might cause an issue as...

« We had the best time,very beautiful home and very clean. The grandkids absolutely loved the beach and the kayaks. Had lots of firewood and gas grill was clean and ready to be used. Loved the deck and the gazebo!! »

« Family vacay before school starts, so we fished off the dock and got catfish! We also had a bonfire, visited some.sites, great time for me and my family! »

« We had a wonderful time staying here. The cabin was great and served us well for our weekend away from the kids. We had a lovely time sitting on the main deck sipping our morning coffee and then sitting on the far deck in the evening enjoying the view of the scenery. The river and landscape are beautiful to admire while the homeowners wait for the lake to be reestablished. The cabin had everything we needed and then some. We would definitely come back here to stay if we are ever in the area...

« Had a weekend away with my dog and this place was great! So charming and cozy-and the owners are very dog friendly which can be a challenge with rentals. I loved the handcrafted touch of the cabin, down to the wood trim! So adorable. Pictures don’t do it justice! Would stay again! »

« This cute little cabin was awesome...right on the water and we had big plans that weekend. Unfortunately, I had to DJ a last minute wedding in Port Huron and we couldn't stay. We literally only spent the night sleeping there and that was it. Would love to come up & try again sometime. :-) »

« The four of us (partner, myself, two dogs) stayed for a week (6 nights) in early September. We were looking for a place to relax and that is what we got. Our dogs loved the yard, trails, and river. I would say that for us, the listing under sold the property a little. For those who have dogs it is important to note that there was a large collapsible dog crate, it is shown in a picture but is easy to miss. « We showed up and it was super cute, really easy to get into the property. Absolutely beautiful location. House was clean, inviting and looked so pretty. The layout of the house was perfect for the dogs crates since we took both out dogs. Everyone in my family was having such a a stressful end of year 2025 that this vacation and home made everyone so calm and we had an amazing 3 day vacation and great start to the new year!! We will definitely look into this property again over the summer and...

« This is our 2nd time staying at this property. Sue the owner is excellent at helping you out with all of your needs or questions. The home is very well put together. Very thoughtful items throughout the home. The home is very beautifully decorated. We love the colors throughout the home. We love everything all about it!
