« The space was big and clean. We were in town for a concert and it was close to the venue which was perfect. They had everything we needed for our stay and more. Easy WiFi hookup and super easy to check in and check out. The host was very communicative when needed and handled a problem quickly and efficiently. Thank you to the host again. Will stay when in the area again if needed. »

« We lived in boston about a decade ago, and rented the floor of a stack house in Belmont. This house in Somerville reminded us so much of our old place! The neighborhood is very walkable, close to restaurants and parks, etc. The Gilman Sq green line stop was two blocks away, which made it very easy to get into the city for sight-seeing. »

« Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La communication avec Mark c’est très bien passé. Nous étions a 5 min en voiture d’une station de métro, ce qui a facilité nos déplacements. Boston est une très belle ville a decouvrir!! »

« Wonderful home in a perfect location! »

« I needed to visit family in Medford and this location was perfect. Just a 15 minute walk to Ball Square Green Line station. The host had everything I needed and also provided some fun snacks and water as a welcome gift. Bed was super comfortable. »

« Location was great! Parking was fairly easy. Please was clean and the pics were accurate. Would recommend! »

« Nice spot. FYI very steep stairs up to rental which is on the 2nd floor. »

« Nice place near the T. Quiet and clean. Washer/dryer not in unit. There is an odd sliding door in the unit, not sure how secure it is but we had no issues. »

« We really enjoyed our stay. There were all sorts of thoughtful additions we didn’t expect: nice soaps, good coffee, plenty of laundry soap & paper towels. It was a comfortable stay, quick walk to the train, and a short drive or uber to the Assembly Row shopping center. We were also able to walk to fun coffee shops. It was a great stay with thoughtful hosts. I’d absolutely stay here again. »

« Well appointed and decorated! Close to everything we needed. There were 6 of us and we never felt cramped. Lovely balconies to enjoy the sunshine! The kitchen has everything you need plus a small pod espresso machine with insulated glasses. Huge refrigerator and lovely glass stove. The dining table was great for playing cards and of course eating. Dual thermostats made it easy to control temperatures. Bakery, pub plus a nail salon across the way. Subway access a breeze to easily get to Fenway,...
