« Very friendly staff and clean facility. Location in a small village next to the local touristic attractions (arc of Noah, church, museum, fortress and castle). Pension is quite, however occasionally there is an activity in the large room. TV channels limited. »

Lo que no nos ha gustado y que casi roza la estafa es que no es posible estar a 9 grados en los karpac y no tener encendida la calefacción! Y además nos dicen que no pueden encenderla... no me lo creo! Es algo ilógico y falta de respeto al confort del cliente el cual tras largas rutas de montaña con frío necesita un aposento confortable y aclimatado. « The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance. It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome. »

« Ein top ausgestattes Haus mit 2 Bädern, einer riesen Wohnküche 3 Schlafzimmer, riesem Carport und Terrasse. Nur die Nähe zur Straße war etwas störend. Aber das lässt sich ja nicht ändern. Die dreifach verglasten Fenster ließen im geschlossen Zustand nichts durch.Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche im Zittauer Gebirge genossen.
