« The house was everything you would want in a rental. The kitchen had everyting you could think of and the beds were very comfortable. The back yard is very peaceful and the neighborhood is quiet. 8-10 min drive to restaurants and the Town Center. Will stay again, 10 out of 10!! »

« The house was within walking distance to the courthouse on the square so we could easily attend the wonderful Saturday morning farmers market and go to Reeve’s for ice cream. Kitchen 218 was within walking distance for a nice casual dinner and also if you like thrifting, you can walk to one of my favorites The Painted Goat! Great location for college or family visits!! We also enjoy traveling to Miss Mary Bobos for lunch near the Jack Daniels distillery which is less than an hour away. The house...

« I have done a lot of VRBO rentals and this house was the cleanest!!! Everything was perfection… comfy beds, beautifully stocked kitchen with spices, fresh coffee grounds, creamer and sweetener.. again, the cleanest kitchen, refrigerator, drawers, etc. In the bathrooms there are plenty of soft towels, full-size body wash, shampoo and conditioner… even special makeup remover wash cloths.The living room furniture was very comfortable. I loved this house and I will rent this place again!! »

« The home was BEAUTIFUL! The home was exquisitely decorated. The backyard was spacious. The towels were clean and of great quality. We appreciated the welcome snacks! We loved the keypad instead of a key. The host gave easy to folllow instructions and was accessible but we had no problems at all. The price was fantastic. An excellent experience. »

« We started off with a couple small things that need to be taken care of, but Rafi was extremely quick and helpful about getting it done. The property is beautiful and had the perfect view. Will definitely return. »

« Visited Huntsville to see great-niece perform at a dance recital. The property was easy to locate and in a quiet, neat suburb. It was spacious, clean and the host left snacks juice, water and other items. We enjoyed our stay and would return. »

« The place far exceeded any rental we've ever had. They are easy to communicate with from the start and respond promptly with any questions. They thought of everything and provided it so there is 0 stress! « SIMPLY AMAZING! My wife and I rented this house for our son’s graduation from UNA. We we able to host his Grandmas, aunts and uncles under one roof very comfortably. The view of the lake and the never-ending decks were fantastic. The inside boast three large gathering areas with plenty of entertainment. While the house never seems to end yet still feels cozy and warm. There is plenty of parking and we had a wonderful time. Thank you Rafi for this experience and ease of communication with...
