Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the whole house, with the exception of a couple supply closets.

It is a classical neighborhood with stately homes.



Getting Around:

This part of town is best travelled via car.



Other Things to Note:

*Guests must be 25 years old to rent "The Southern Mansion".

*Guest ID may be requested and required to avoid cancellation.

* Smoking is not allowed INSIDE the house or garage. An additional $200 cleaning fee may be assessed to professionally remove the smoke smell.
