Hotel laisse à désirer! Très bruyant, Pas de peignoir dans la chambre. Nous avons prix le buffet petit déjeuner mais hélas pas de chocolat chaud de disponible obliger de payer en plus, Pas de jus d'orange non plus. Si vous ne laissez pas La clim allumé dans la chambre vous alllez retrouver votre lit et votre couverture humide. Les photos de l'hôtel sont de loin la réalité. Je ne risque pas de refaire un séjour dans cette hotel.

Secteur animé
Nous avons passés 9 nuits à cet hôtel. L’hotel est bien entretenu mais compte tenu de son emplacement , un peu bruyant à cause de la circulation dans les rues.Les chambres sont insonorisées mais c’est plutôt à la piscine que vous entendez les scooters defiler et les sifflets des gardes qui aident les gens à traverser la rue. La plage est environ à 5 minutes de marche. Le secteur est bien animé et les bars,bistrots et restaurants abondent. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très accueillant .

Nous avons eu un problème avec le check-in, après quelques jours et apres avoir discuté avec la responsable de la satisfaction à la clientèle de l’hôtel, nous avons trouvé une entente. Cet hôtel est familial, beaucoup d’enfants alors bruyant. Les 2 piscines n’ont que quelques chaises, jamais assez pour tout l’hôtel, on nous a avisez qu’il y aurait des futurs travaux pour permettre plus de chaises. Les chambres sont propres et fidèles à la description, prenez avec balcon car sinon on “étouffe”. Le buffet est acceptable mais évitez l’heure de pointe le matin car très achalandé et bruyant. Le personnel en général est sympathique et courtois. Très bon emplacement et à moins de 10 minutes de marche de la plage, plusieurs restaurants dans les environs.

Très joli hôtel à Legian
Infrastructure de qualité au centre de Legian, proche de la mer. Personnel très souriant et accueillant Petit bémol sur le ménage de la chambre où il manquait souvent les serviettes de douche et sur la gestion des problèmes externes ( valises perdues) que nous avons du régler de notre propre chef et aucune consigne relative à l’évacuation suite au tremblement de terre, le personnel s’étant échappé sans avertir personne ni indiquer le point de rassemblement.

Good job!
Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant 2 semaines avec ma femme pour notre voyage de lune miel et franchement, niveau rapport qualité-prix est très correct. L'hôtel est très bien situé et à proximité de tout. Super buffet du petit-déjeuner frais et avec beaucoup de choix. Les chambres sont jolies et franchement très bien entretenues.  Un personnel à l'écoute, très sympathique et très accueillant. Très sincèrement, je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel.

Hotel bien situé mais vraiment pas entretenu. Par exemple cuvette des toilettes vraiment sale. Les fenêtres hyper mal isolé donc vous entendez la circulation des voitures et leur klaxonne. Pour son prix, il y a vraiment mieux.

I liked the location of this hotel for shopping, massages, restaurants in Legian. There was no smoking area near the pool, restaurant you had to stand out the front with no seating provided. Rooms were adequate, cleaners were very average. Good for location however not a great hotel

Needs some TLC and some deep cleaning. Shower had a few mould patches and pool areas were showing their age with loose tiles etc (one pool area was starting a renovation as I left) Staff are awesome and super friendly

12pm is standard checkout time. Staff were fantastic. Always happy and provided great service. The location is great. South - Kuta and all the fun stuff. North - Seminyak with better quality and great restaurants. Head down to beachfront and all that Garlic Lane has to offer.

Merxure Legian is central too great shopping and great doos like Fat Chow, however we had boomed a king exexutive suite, which appearance was fabulous, however the mini fridge was too big for the cupboard space and jammed everytime you open and closes it, The huge magnificent bath, would probably take 2 hours to fill as the water pressure was terrible just for the bath. Both vanity sinks plugs were push downs and did not work… just little things though. Two great pools, semi attentive bar staff, again understanle for the size of the place. Unfortunately we would not stay there again and would opt for accommodations off the main roads due to the traffic noise, which in Bali runs 22hours a day.
