Concernant votre remarque sur la chambre qui est bruyante, je souhaite vous informer que nos fenêtres sont conçues avec des matériaux insonorisant mais néanmoins cela peut ne pas être suffisant étant donne le fort trafic extérieur. Nous nous excusons pour ce désagrément et en avons informé les chefs de services concerné.
J’espère que mes explications vous aideront à comprendre un peu mieux le désagrément vécu.
Encore une fois merci et nous attendons avec impatience le plaisir de vous compter à nouveau parmi nous invités afin de changer votre vision du Mercure Bali Legian.
