La plage est très sale, parce que la mer apporte beaucoup de déchets, présents dans l'eau. Ce n'est donc pas de la responsabilité de l'hôtel, mais cela suffit pour ne plus vouloir y retourner.

Great family hotel. The little kids club was fantastic and the kids loved the pool as well. Safe, clean and central to walk to a lot of places, including restaurants and spas. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well.

Fantastic gardens to walk through from the hotel rooms to the beach. The road in front is not a thoroughfare so it’s so easy to get from the hotel to the beach and back again. Security is amazing.

Property is central to all the action in Legian. Easy to beach, shopping and dining. Property is a little older with gardens needing a bit more TLC, but it's clean and easy. Our room was upgraded (new paint and furniture). The Noise from the main road was excessive on most nights. Scooters and motorcycles. Ear plugs are highly recommended. The noise in the resort is minimal, it's just the road noise from outside.

no communication with staff as they don't speak English. Due to constant noise we were moved to a studio apartment, we paid for Deluxe Cottage, management totally useless, the minute it sounds like a confrontation he disappears, never did we get an apology and we would like a refund on the room differences. The first 24 hours we had to stay in the original room til they decided to give us another room. Said room being right in the driveway turn a round area and major foot traffic. Resort from HELL.

The location close to the beach was ideal Garden view villa was perfect, very clean & comfortable Staff are very friendly & helpful.

Beautiful , relax , clean , beautiful atmosphere, but it would be nice if the hotel provide in the room an iron and an ironing board , the tv was not working the las 2 days , the rest was amazing !!!
