Good located but breakfast below average
Petit déjeuner pas bon. Les plats sont souvent froid. Si jamais vous venez tard, la plupart des plats sont vides. Pas beaucoup d'options non indonesienne. Il y avait aussi pas mal de fourmies. Par contre l'hôtel est plutôt bien situé et les employés sont sympathiques.

Bien malgré des travaux pendant les deux semaines
Un hôtel propre et agréable malgré qu’il soit bien plus petit qu’il n’y parait sur les photos. Lit très confortable , chambre propre mais endroit très bruyant , que ce soit les travaux qui commençaient chaque matin voir la nuit ou le bruit des gens entrant et sortant de leurs chambres. Malgré ça , un bon séjour , un personnel au petit soin mais ne convient pas pour rester à l’hôtel

Hôtel à valeur sur, qualité prix garanti pour tous
Hôtel neuf, personnel extrêmement compétent. Literie impeccable. Ambiance familiale, l'on vous appel par votre nom, loin de l'accueil d'un ressort où il y a trop de monde. Piscine propre et analyse eau effectuée tous les jours. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est frais et varié. Les menus commandés à la carte sont de qualité. Un hôtel situe à deux pas du Bali Mall center que vous traversez pour atteindre la plage de Kuta. Le centre des activités nocturnes se trouve à 10mn à pied ( shopping center, Hard Rock café , Poppies 1...). Nous recommandons chaudement cet hôtel. Bon séjour et merci à l'équipe du Sun Island pour le soin apporte durant notre séjour de deux semaines.

Très bon hôtel bien situé
Nous sommes restés 4 nuits dans cet hôtel, que je recommande vivement, surtout aux prix proposés par hotels.com. La qualité de service est excellente, nous avons été très bien accueillis, la chambre et salle de bain sont propres et bien agencés. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon, il y a une supérette 24/24 juste en face, le centre commercial Discovery et le parc aquatique Waterbom à quelques minutes à pied, et beaucoup de restaurants et quelques bars le long de cette rue. L'hôtel étant au coeur de Kuta, tous les endroits touristiques sont à proximité de marche. A noter qu'il y a un bureau de change officiel à la reception ouvert jusqu'à 21h, très pratique! Bref un hôtel que je recommande vivement, et dans lequel je reviendrai certainement.

Bel hotel agréable et propre
Très bel hôtel, légérement excentré au sud de Kuta (comptez 15mn à pied pour aller à la fameuse plage de Kuta ou à Legian street) La piscine est assez grande et peu profonde, idéale pour les enfants ! Le personnel est à votre service 24h/24 avec toujours un grand sourire. La chambre en elle même est plutot pas mal : très propre, TV cablé, Clim et douche à l'italienne... juste un peu sombre (grande porte pour la terrasse mais très petites fenetres) Si vous souhaitez être au calme, prenez une chambre loin de la piscine (ouverte de 8h à 22h...) et au fond des couloirs (le sol est en carrelage, ca raisonne ! et les clients qui y circulent font un bruit de dingue, sans vraiment se soucier de la tranquilité des autres, vécu pendant 3 semaines, un peu usant à la longue...) Pour résumer : points positifs : personnel au petit soin, chambre et hotel nickel, piscine sympa pour les enfants Points négatifs : Le bruit et l'éloignement du "centre" de Kuta (Kuta beach et Legian street à 15mn à pied)

Horrible. The room was ok BUT OMG the photos on the internet are not what is there . Pool area dirty , old , wood is rotten, no pool bar, lose tiles in the pool , pool not lit like is shows I. Photos. The website photos must be over 10 years old and that’s being kind. The room cleaners hit and miss , tolitrolls and soap was on a rashon . Most days no hand towel. very poor standards. Needs a lot of money spending on it . not impressed . Would not ever recommend this hotel. A poor hotel lucky to be a 2 star , no idea where 4 star came from . very disappointing .

Stayed in Room 311. Shower head didn’t work properly needs replacing. Changed rooms 2nd night as aircon not working. Was moved to ground floor, noisy room near pool. Bed comfortable and room spacious. Water coolers on every floor a great idea.

Great location
Friendly people, but had some issue with management communication to staff. I had booked airport pick up and was confirmed my management, but staff were not told and no one turned to pick me up from the airport. Hotel is big in a great location, but could do with some maintenance. Lighting in room is very dark and air conditioner need a clean, they were very mouldy and smelly. For the price and location it was a reasonable stay.

Work needed
Hotel itself was ok, not as nice as the pictures make out, needs a bit of TLC. Resort is noisy, streets and beach are dirty. Pestered every 2 steps they do not take NO for an answer, they are obviously struggling to recover after Covid. Led to believe Bali is hit and miss, some places are outstanding others are like this one

This property has really deteriorated over the years I have been staying. The condition of the property is disgusting and it should not be open for tourism until they fix it. Not acceptable. The staff need proper training and kitchen and dining options is non existent even though we get charged for a room with breakfast.
