Notre court séjour a été très agréable, l’accueil, le service ont été irréprochables. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la délicate attention portée à notre anniversaire de mariage. Nous recommandons fortement le four points à Kuta Bali.

Hotel acceptable
Hotel situe sur le center de Kuta avec un accès difficile pour les taxis. Le personnel tres chaleureux. L hôtel commence a ressentir sa vétusté mais cela est acceptable. Point negatif si vous voulez prendre votre petit dejeuner en paix, oublie cela prenez le en chambre car le restaurant est tres bruyant. Ne vous promenez pas en tenue legere vous ferez la joie des chambres en face tres visible. Vous devez fermer vos rideaux obligatoirement.

Hôtel très moderne, agréable et bien placé!
Un hôtel digne d'un Sheraton. Ayant beaucoup voyagé mais jamais en Asie. Une belle surprise d'arriver devant cet grand hôtel en plein centre de Kuta. Un hôtel spacieux, mais aussi très propre, on s'y sent tout de suite bien et surtout on est très bien accueilli ! Pour la wifi, elle est partout, c'est le rêve. Pour les petits déjeuners, nous ne les avions pas prit de manière incluse pour pouvoir visiter à notre aise mais nous avons quand même prit le buffet : très bien, vaste choix sucré salé, magnifiquement bien présenté et bon. Pour les déplacements : - la plage : comptez 5-7minutes à pieds, il y a deux possibilités (droite pu gauche, c'est bécane permet de changer) / ou alors prenez un moto taxi pour 2min env 20 000 roupies / ou encore l'hôtel organise des navettes gratuites. - kuta : tout est proche à pied, c'est super - Seminyak : tout dépend du trafic et si vous prenez la moto ou le taxi car vous pouvez vous retrouver coincer très longtemps dans les bouchons. Donc entre 10 à 35min pour entre 50 000 à 100 000 roupies (jour/nuit) - Sud ou Nord de l'île : compter entre 45 min ou 1h30 en voiture, nous avions prit un chauffeur pour la journée que nous avons payé 350 000 roupies pour faire toutes les plages que nous souhaitons ! Bref, un superbe voyage dans un superbe hôtel. La piscine au 6eme étage est juste admirable et posée ! Seul bémol : insonorisation entre le chambres un peu minime, et peu de rangement dans la chambre.

Bien mais peut mieux faire.
Hôtel récent, très beau, avec deux piscines, très grand, honnêtement on est bien dans cet établissement cependant la lenteur d'internet et le prix des consommation à la piscine ainsi que le prix du petit déjeuner sont les points négatifs.

Très bon hotel
Tout est parfait. J'ai demandé une table et chaise pour travailler... je l'ai eu en 5 minutes. Personnel souriant et prêt à aider. Super petit déjeuné. Qualité nourriture autre que le petit déjeuner très moyenne. Quartier déporté et pas vraiment charmant, mais à la limite acceptable. Je recommend vivement cet hotel si on ne veux pas être au coeur de Kuta.

I loved the layout of the pool and that it was not overcrowded, neither top nor bottom pool. The buffet breakfast stood out as great service and great food. The preparation of the breakfast box was not properly conveyed but nonetheless was grateful they made it for us. Live guitar at night was lovely and I wish it was every night.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 week in Febuary. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff at the hotel stood out the most. From the hotel lobby staff to the cleaners they all could not do enough for us. I would like to thank Prasanti for helping us at breakfast by providing me with a little container of cream to put in my coffee each morning. For anyone that can't drink milk but can have cream, Prasanti went out of her way to make this available for me each morning. So ask for her if you require cream as most waiters are not versed in this requirement. The pool was enjoyable from 7-7 and had a heated spa. There was also a kids pool with play area available. I recommend this hotel and even though it was off the main streets, it was still quite close the the Beachwalk area, only taking 10mins to walk there using the poppies lane 2 street. 10mins to the east is the popular Legian street. The hotel was in a secluded area and was not roudy at all which would be good for families. The breakfasts was good but thought it could possibly have a change of menu occasionly and often would run out of popular items like watermelon. But the food was always fresh. There were other eating places along the back streets that where clean and friendly and economical should you want other foods. I would return to this hotel.

Ok location. Need a lot of work to be done and you can see they have started, it would have been nice to have been notified that that was happening. Had a grinder and welder going on above the main pool on weekdays.

The property is beautiful. Despite being a 4 star, the layout , the pool the rooms are near 5 star quality. While I was pleased with the property and my stay overall, there were minor things that found could have been better handled. For e.g. despite booking the room for 2 adults and 2 children, I had to constantly remind housekeeping and staff for towels. Some of the connection points in the room weren't working as was the remote to the TV. The bathtubs were really high to climb in so would caution anyone with any mobility issue. We did complain however as polite, courteous and eager to please, communication can be a bit of an issue countrywide. All in all there were a few absolute stars on the property. Joe, the front of house manager Parta, Amelia at the concierge and another lady who was simply amazing stopping to ask even after her shift. (So sorry but I think her name was Nita with very clear English). All in all Four Points is a gem in the middle of Kuta and would recommend to anyone.

Overall great hotel for families. Surrounding area and roads are not great but once inside hotel, it’s all good. They have amazing pool lagoon and a seperate swimming pool for toddlers and kids. 5 Stars for hotel staff who were always smiling and welcoming us throughout our stay. Especially restaurant staff are excellent and very friendly. Manager Havita and team were great in taking care of every guest. Staff like Niket, Evan, Edo, Joe, Linda etc made our days memorable. Breakfast options were great and they had huge variety daily including Indonesian local food. In house restaurant lunch and dinner menu could be better though. Drinks counter was good and they run happy hours, check timing though. Overall great experience.

I had to be relocated 3 times due to faculty and cleanliness condition of assigned room. I’ve arrived at 1:30am and did not get a room until 3:20am. There were insects and was assigned a dilapidated room on arrival, 2nd room bed sheets were filthy. Had to contact Expedia and after 1 he on the phone four palindrome promised to assigned a better room.

After problems on arrival with our room we spent an enjoyable holiday at this resort. The location is excellent being 10 minutes from Boardwalk shopping centre and Kuta Beach. Plenty of street laundry businesses close by as well as massage options and great little restaurants. The pool is excellent whilst the option to leave your children at the supervised playcentre is so good. Breakfasts were something we looked forward to although if you were late the variety diminished. Staff were always warm and friendly especially Niken who without we would have been in real strife after encountering major home visa re-entry problems at the end of our holiday.

The staff was fantastic, but housekeeping was very average they forgot to clean, forgot to top up toiletries, and never cleaned under beds. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance. Would I stay again? yes but will I stay again? probably not.
