« Adorable small cottage, a quick walk to town. A little hilly butan easy walk. House had all amenities and washingachine, which was auper helpful! »

« Nice home-like stay with amazing views. Great sunrise, especially with the Coast Gaurd Eagle clipper ship visiting in the harbor. The bed was really comfortable. »

« This was the perfect little cabin! We loved how close it was to everything and yet was a secluded little piece of heaven away from the crowds. It was pretty, spotless and so comfortable. It had everything we needed and more! Gus the dog was so sweet we loved his little visits and Laura was so wonderful in sharing lots of ideas and information about the area. We can't wait to return!! »

« We picked this property because it sounded like just what we needed for a short vacation. It fit the bill. Very cozy. The owner was super nice and responded to questions immediately. « The cottage is clean, bright and well appointed. The location overlooking the water is spectacular! Christine and her husband are wonderful hosts who exhibit great communication and care. The pride they have in the property really shines through. My wife and I enjoyed a quiet and relaxing week in the area. Highly recommend! »

« Enjoyed my time at the property. My mom was with me and she had the bedroom while I had the loft. I only wish there was more headroom in the loft. I wish there was access to the water from the property. MY only suggestion is some type of marking making it easier to find the road maybe ballons on lights »

« This cottage was adorable and cozy with two bedrooms in a quiet town. We loved it so much that we will book this cottage again in the future. Bonus: there's an oyster shop called Aphrodite Oysters down the street with fresh and delicious oysters. »

« This was my 3rd or 4th stay here, and my favorite spot in all of Maine. Even on a rainy or snowy day, it’s gorgeous. This is an older home with lots of charm, the most breathtaking views of the harbor, and everything you could need to enjoy time here indoors or out. I almost hate to add photos, as it will drive demand for this spot even higher. It’s just a stunningly beautiful space and it’s very hard to leave! »

« This property has a beautiful view from both the living and dining rooms as well as the deck and ranks high on the “charming cabin” list. The kitchen is fine, but does not include much in seasonings, coffee etc. The bathroom is very small, but fully updated with some storage that guest can use. Same for the bedroom. BUT! If you are over 6’ tall, you may feel uncomfortable here. My 6’ tall husband’s hair brushed the top of each doorway. The ceiling in the living room is only 7’. The ship’s ladder...

« This rental was clean and the perfect size. The view out back is breathtaking. This rental showcases all of the natural beauty that Maine is famous for. The air conditioning was cold and the water in the shower was hot. All linens were crisp and white. The driveway was a challenge to navigate, however it is manageable. We hope to stay here again. »
