« This spot was what we'd hoped it'd be for our trip. It's within convenient reaches of the 2,3,4,5 trains, is in a beautiful and safe area, slept our family sufficiently, and had a WASHER/DRYER combo!!The communication was excellent from the host and though we had our reservation cut then reinstated due to an issue with the platform, we knew our host would handle the issue, which she did!A few things that are being updated by the host- the shower drops a bit onto the floor, the dryer caused a...

« L'appartement est très bien situé, à quelques minutes d'une station de métro. Très calme, une terrasse agréable, une cuisine fonctionnelle avec des condiments, thés, cafés pour commencer le séjour. « Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce grand appartement. L'adresse exacte n'est pas celle de l'annonce mais l'appartement est a moins de 10 min a pied d'une station de métro à 30 min du sud de Manhattan. »

« We had a very good time. Emanuele and Francesco were very welcoming and gave us good tips to discover the city. Yuki and Lenu are lovely cats <3. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and close to the subway, making it very easy to go to Manhattan. I recommend this place and would stay again. »

« We were dismayed when we arrived and the place isn't as nice as the photos suggest (some nice furniture was gone). One of the beds had soiled sheets on it and was dirty on the floor around it. The property manager sent a cleaner over two days later, but that person who needed to stay in that bed had to find other accommodations. When we asked for the manager to cover the hotel costs for our one guest, they refused.There were other small issues with the house like the front door locks, kitchen...

« The apartment is exactly as described! Very clean. Perfect location. Close to grocery stores and liquor stores. It is a bit noisy from outside noise, but what place isn’t in New York? So bring some ear plugs. Definitely worth the rental price!! We could not have been any happier with this rental! »

"Week-end inoubliable. L’hôtel est idéalement situé dans un quartier vibrant, rempli de bons restos, de bars sympas et d’une vraie petite vie de quartier. On s’y sent en sécurité à toute heure du jour et de la nuit. La terrasse sur le toit offre une vue imprenable sur l’Empire State Building — un vrai coup de cœur ! En quelques minutes à pied, on atteint un superbe quai avec une vue magnifique sur Manhattan. Autour de l’hôtel, il y a plein de petites épiceries et de boutiques branchées. L’endroit parfait pour profiter de New York autrement. Je recommande à 100 % !"
