Locations de vacances privées à New York

« Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing, particularly given the cost of the rental. Upon arrival, there were no towels in the home. When towels were eventually delivered, they were damp, crumpled, and brought in a garbage bag.The cleanliness of the property was also unacceptable. We found mold around the bathtub drain, stains in the sink, visible stool residue in a toilet bowl, hair in an upstairs bathroom, and dust and glitter-like debris on the bathroom floor, suggesting the floors had...

« We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...

« Our host was very helpful and kind! We love this beautiful home and it worked very well for all of us. It was close to the bus stop and in a very safe neighborhood. »

« Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The property is incredibly spacious and perfectly suited for large groups, easily allowing 10+ people to sleep comfortably without feeling cramped. Everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival, and having a dedicated parking spot in such a prime location was a massive convenience. This stay truly offered the best value for the money spent. The host was also fantastic—exceptionally prompt with all communications and very accommodating. We will...

« I liked the location of this property, good access to food and site seeing! Very comfortable place, clean and just like being at home. The garage was a nice plus, parking on the street would have been difficult!! Biking in the immediate area was very good, if going further might have been traffic congested / a little more dangerous. Great access to public transportation, busses, rapid trains and ferries! »

« Très bel endroit pour une famille. Un cachet unique, chambres meublées avec des antiquités. Près des transports en commun pour New York. Beaucoup de parcs à proximité. Beau coup de coeur! »

« Just what we needed for our family trip to NYC! »

« Great place, shops and restaurants nearby, apartment is adorable, clean. Really shows the charm of old Montclair Our host was wonderful »

« Great rental for my family of 4 and several cousins. We attended a wedding in Jersey City and it was very convenient to Uber to Maritime Park and back. The owner was a great when we had issues with the Wi-Fi or flexibility with dropping off suitcases early or having an extra hour to leave. The kids loved the game room and the cousins who stored loudly slept in the couch in the game room that folded out nicely into a bed. The door was closed and it worked like a charm.. I would recommend this...

« Found a joint in the basement and food in the microwave. Socks, a chicken bone, and trash were on the floor. Broken knobs on the stove and broken lamps and foosball table. Smelled like marajuana. Very spacious. Very responsive when we got locked out. »
