Helm Mount lodge and cottage’s are set 3 miles outside the market town of Kendal in beautiful countryside.
There are 3 cottages and a sporting lodge for entertaining all set in its own exclusive grounds.
Autumn has 4 king size bedrooms 2 of which are en-suite, another king size bedroom and a twin bedroom, also a family bathroom and downstairs toilet.
Spring cottage next door has 3 bedrooms, 2 king size bedrooms one is en suite a twin bedroom and a family bathroom and a downstairs toilet.
The Piggery has two king size bedrooms both en suite with one being downstairs with disabled access throughout the downstairs.
Each cottage has a fully fitted kitchen and their own living rooms!
The lodge is a large space with dining seating for 18, a lovely large log burner, a pool table and easy chairs.
Outside is all gravelled and enclosed and our guests have exclusive use.
There is plenty of outdoor seating and BBQ facilities for everyone!
There are beautiful walks from our door including 5 minutes to the Punchbowl pub!
The Lakes, Windermere, the Yorkshire Dales, and the Trough of Bowland are all within easy reach.
Oxenholme mainline station is only 5 minutes drive.
