« Really enjoyed our stay. Designated parking for the hotel guests. The staff are very friendly. Check in was quick and smooth. Nice and comfortable room. We had dinner in the pub and the staff were great and so was the food/ drink. Had very good night sleep and then a really good quality breakfast the next morning. Will happily stay again in future. »

« From check in to check out the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. In fact, from when you pull into the car park you get the feeling it’s a special place. The building is a beautifully well maintained old building with some rather stunning modern extras. The room we had was spacious and beautifully presented, with a very comfy bed! « Liz and Glenn operate an amazing property, they are extremely helpful and accommodating hosts, their breakfasts are outstanding, our room was very clean and comfortable. Herriots is superbly located in the town of Hawes, which itself has plenty of food and beverage outlets as well as being well positioned to access all that the Dales has to offer. »

« Considering the price, the apartment was ok. There is an air fryer, kettle and toaster. Washing up is a challenge in the small sink in the bathroom. Filling the kettle is difficult as it doesn't fit under the tap in the bathroom! The bed was ok, but you can feel the springs. The TV didn't work as the aerial lead was damaged. The hair drier was dangerous as it was full of dust and smelt of burning. The views over the bay were spectacular. Ok for a couple of nights, no longer though. »
