« Wonderful communication with the owner, gorgeous property, & super peaceful environment. Spent Saturday in: Boonsboro (breakfast at Dream Diner), Antietam, Harper's Ferry, Charles Town, Shepherdstown, and dinner in Hagerstown (Arepa Queen). All super convenient to this location, but it's farm country so it feels a million miles away from the noise of cities and towns. »

« This was the perfect place for us to stay. The kids in our group loved the built in bunk beds and board games. All beds were comfortable, nice bathrooms, and well cleaned. »

« Perfect for a little weekend getaway. Super clean, comfy bed, large than expected bathroom, easy parking, fridge and basket with breakfast options. Only downside was no ice. »

« We came to get away from the city for a few days. This was the perfect location to relax with river views but close enough to walk to downtown for food. The Host was very friendly and we loved the room. »

« Really comfortable and roomy 3 bedrooms. Large baths and kitchen. Smallish family area, but still plenty of room. It seems like this property is very new. So it's clean, in great repair. I feel like the others may be still planning on putting some kitchen items in, pots pans etc. We were fine, but there is certainly some room for kitchen utensils. I think the living area would benefit from a bunch of large floor pillows and a bean bag chair or just something that makes post skiing...

« The bluebird suite was beautiful and clean. Access was easy and the owner was very accommodating. breakfast food provided in the room, which was a nice touch. 10 minute walk into town down a steep hill but there were also a couple nice restaurants very close and the AT conservancy office is right across the street. »

« We are so glad we stumbled upon this gem! Looking to find a place to celebrate our anniversary & get away (long overdue), I found Ramana’s garden paradise. It is a quaint 1920’s carriage house with beautiful hardwood floors, a pedestal tub, fully stocked kitchen & large screened in porch for relaxing on those gorgeous evenings! Upon arrival, Ramana greeted us with our keys & a tour of the whole property, including where we would be staying, showing us where we could find organic veggies & herbs...

« Convenient location in Winchester though the property made it feel like you are in the country. Check in time must be precise as the owner needs to explain a couple things and let you in. This was good as my husband had a couple questions. Toaster oven was missing its tray so it was not easy to use the appliance. Coffee maker and refrigerator work great, bathroom facilities work. The house is in great condition and a neat place to stay. »

« Loved everything about this property. Clean, comfortable, and interesting and eclectic decor that suited us perfectly. Quiet, spacious, and organized. Comfortable beds and pillows and great clawfoot tub. Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our long weekend at this property. »

« I feel like I hit the jackpot, the level of hospitality provided by the owner was beyond anything I've experienced in a vacation rental. There was kindness and care evident in every aspect of the location, from the beautifully manicured landscaping and gorgeous wooded grounds, to the super well stocked kitchen. Ten out of Ten would recommend to anyone who wanted a break from city life in a beautiful natural setting and all the amenities of a well-stocked home. »
