We knew it was a double bed, but rolling into each other made for a bad night's sleep which was aggravated by the amazing number of dump trucks who ground through their gears rounding the corner of Route 7. On the other hand, after I asked for a hot plate so I could boil some water for dinner, the host provided us with a pot, steamer, and wonderful hot plate that worked...

« Very cool experience. A cozy Yurt. I would stay again. Would love to see the property when it’s complete. To unwind before and after exploring, I recommend taking a light-weight TV with you. We did and it was the perfect decision. Take your own amenities. The kitchen desperately needs an updated Brita (or Brita like) pitcher. Stairs to the top level bed are super dicey - I imagine that’s a Yurt situation across the board. The owner (hello!) did say he might be there at the adjoining cottage...
