« I needed a place to stay for a work conference. Stay here is about 10 min from downtown. I was able to quickly pick up food from the many restaurants in the area. There is even a Krogers. Owner responded quickly to my internet problem and was attentive. Check in and Checkout was easy. No keys.This is the first place I'll check for availability the next time i need to stay in Charleston. »

The attention to detail was impeccable, with lots of small treats and surprises that made us feel so special. « The house is well thought out. Really liked having the huge kitchen, large bathrooms and 3 king beds. We enjoyed grilling out and listening to the sounds of nature. Close to Athens for restaurants etc. »

« We were in town attending a memorial for a local family member. The first floor rental was the perfect spot for our family. We had two other members of the family that were able to rent the second floor. We were able to see both rental units. Clean and what wonderful local art and history!The area was nice and quiet, the home charming. It was exactly what was needed, made us feel at home. We would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to stay in the area. Also check out the MothMan Museum. »
