« We stayed in penthouse unit 10 and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. It was clean, well layed out, had everything we needed and three balconies that had unbelievable views of the bay over to Cancun. It is on the south end of the island so much quieter but a little bit of a drive if you are spending a lot of time back and forth into town or north beach. « Parfait pour notre famille de 2 adultes et 3 ados (14 à 20 ans). La literie était adéquate, l'air climatisée était fraîche et appréciée! Couché de soleil directement devant le balcon, superbe vue! À proximité de tout, emplacement idéal! Nous avons manqué d'eau en cruche et après avoir aviser la propriétaire, 2 nouvelles cruches de 20L ont été livrées le jour même. Le site est bien gardé jour et nuit, aucune inquiétude. Je recommande chaudement!! »

It was fabulous to have the Mayan Beach restaurant on site. The food was plentiful and delish. The condo was visited by the maids every two days. The condo was very clean. « This was a great place for us to stay! I would definitely stay here again. The location was great, we rented a golf cart and never had any issues with parking close by. It is also very walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. It is very new and well built and pretty. The rooftop pool was great we went up there almost daily to watch the sunset and it was usually just us. The front desk people were extremely nice and helpful. Had a great time overall! »

« Location is perfect to restaurants/shopping/beach. The roof top pool is a nice addition to the property. Golf cart rental is across the street and a bakery is next door with really good coffee/lattes. The only draw back is the dogs barking all night across the street and the club at end of corner playing really loud music til 2am. That is no fault of the property and I know that is out of their control. Other than that the place is great »

« since this is our third time back to this location, needless to say we enjoy our stay. Condo is beautifully decorated and location is perfect. Waking up each morning with view from bed looking over water and watching sunrise. Check in so easy and property manager is great to work with. Nothing bad to say about this property. A must stay vacation experience »

« Great stay, had minor issues with the water and bathrooms, that were quickly resolved by Marco. He even offered after fixing the problem to upgrade us to a bigger unit. Great Service, will definitely stay again. »

« Our group consisted of 4 couples, and this was the perfect place for us! The 4 bedrooms all had king sized beds that were SO comfortable! We all couldn’t believe how well we slept! Each also had their own bathroom, which was great. The kitchen was very impressive, and we hired Brando to cook an amazing dinner for us one night. Highly recommend him! « The location to the pool and beach is amazing! The condos are very clean and nice and they have everything you need to enjoy your stay! We cooked in our condo and enjoyed everything about it! Very spacious and two couples or four four family members fit easily. Highly recommend. We met Katy and she is a doll! We booked our next trip in skill befits we left that’s how much we love everything about it! »
