The upstairs unit is very, very, very loud- think of a herd of elephants above you. The cieling has lots of marks on it, probably from people beating on the cieling to get the unit upstairs to quit pounding the ground so loudly. It was clean and everything we needed for our stay was provided. The beds were comfy and the rooms stayed cold. The host communicated quickly and our check-in process was the absolute easiest.
