Unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fine plus a $200 pet fee. Please reach out to us before your stay if you plan to bring pets.

As such, occasional sightings of bugs, or other small insects may occur, especially in tropical climates like this. While we do our best with regular pest control and cleanliness, it`s important to keep doors closed to help prevent any insects from coming inside. If you`re particularly sensitive to insects, this may not be the best fit, but nature lovers will feel right at home! 🌺🌲

This property is located in Tropical Florida near water and surrounded by natural vegetation. Due to the tropical climate, it is normal to occasionally see insects common to the area, including Florida bugs, palmetto roaches, and small pests. While the home is professionally cleaned and maintained, encounters with these insects can happen. If you are highly sensitive or uncomfortable with this natural aspect of Florida living, this property may not be the right fit for you.

Please be advised that the use of the swimming pool is at your own risk. The property owners and management do not assume any responsibility or liability for accidents, injuries, or incidents that may occur. By using the pool, guests agree to abide by all safety rules and acknowledge that they do so voluntarily and at their own risk

Wi-Fi, TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and other essentials are provided free of charge during your stay.

♨️ Charcoal Grill (Shared Amenity) – Guests are welcome to use the outdoor charcoal grill. Just bring your own charcoal and enjoy!

⚠️ We provide a selection of basic essentials upon your arrival, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, toilet paper, and a roll of paper towels. These items are not replenished, so you`ll need to purchase additional supplies once they run out.

◆ A security deposit may be required before your arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. This deposit is processed as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided no issues arise.

◆ Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

👉🏻 No unregistered guests are allowed in the unit or on the property without host permission.
👉🏻 No parties or events are permitted, and illegal activity is prohibited. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
👉🏻 No loud music. Please note there is a noise detection system (MINUT) installed on this property. Tampering with or removing this piece of equipment will result in a $200 fee and immediate removal from the unit.
👉🏻 No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
👉🏻 No tents or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
👉🏻 Please avoid moving furniture.
👉🏻 A $50 charge will apply for any lost keys.
