« Went to visit my son who attends Chico state. Place was cute. Kitchen very small and old appliances but I didn’t plan any meals there. Bed was very comfortable. First night was a little chilly and there weee no extra blankets. I reached out and was brought a blanket that day. I would recommend to the owners to have more than one coffee cup, maybe a throw blanket in the living room and supply more than two towels in the bathroom. Also there were two heavy trash cans placed in front of the gate...

« This was our second time staying at Brenda & Butch's gorgeous cabin perched above the South Fork Eel river. Previously we visited during the summer and staying for the New Years holiday was a drastically different but equally amazing experience! It had rained for days prior and the river was absolutely huge and such a sight to see, each day after the rain stopped we loved watching the river recede and expose rocks, trees and shoreline.
