« This location worked for nicely for our trip to Chico. Just a short drive from the the University. Beds were comfortable and clean, kitchen had the basics. An A/C unit for each room was nice. This is an older property that has been fixed up for short term rentals. I would stay here again. Although close to a main road, it is very quiet inside when doors/windows are closed.
