« I had a horrible experience here! Not clearly advertised that these are rooms in an apartment. 4 rooms up to 4 people per room and one bathroom with no ability to use toilet and shower separately. Zero sound protection as you can hear everything said with normal voice in any of the 4 rooms while you're trying to sleep. The exterior door to the balcony would not lock and a child could pick the lock to the room. Zero reason to believe anything like a camera or laptop will be in your room when...

« I stayed whilst on holiday to Cyprus I really liked how close it was to the bus stop which will get you to Nicosia, ayia Napa and limasoll I found it very easy to find if you are coming from the airport bus 425 drops you off at st Helena church go through the churches gate you will find a lift on the concourse take it to the third floor collect your keys there is also a good discount supermarket across the road I definitely would stay here again »

« We did not get the apartment we booked and were informed just before arriving. We had booked ocean front but supposedly it was being renovated and so we were put in another. As we arrived really late we could not do much but accept the change. The person who met us was very kind though and even picked us up. However we were very dissapointed at the change being notified last minute. Had we known earlier we would cancelled and booked something else on the ocean front. First time bad experience...

« Luxury City Rooms has only "luxury" in the name.This is a small shared appartment with private room and shared bathroom, kitchen, living room... and everything is pretty basic. My room was not that clean with dust. I have tried over 300 accomodations in the world since I am traveling a lot and this is by far my worst experience ever. After a long day I was expecting a quick check-in to rest and everything seemed to be well explained on the email (self check-in). However once front of the door...

« Was pretty ok, a few problems was none of the drawers or cabinets were cleaned in either the bedrooms or kitchen and were really gross inside; there were no extra pillows blankets, or even towels. The Wi-Fi wasn’t super strong so you’d have to be in the same room for it to work at a functional speed. Also the TV was tiny. But I can’t deny the location is pretty insane, right in the center of town where many places are only a 10 +\- minute walk. »

« Séjour désastreux,des cafards dans la cuisine et la salle de bains (qui d'ailleurs a un pommeau qui fuit,porte de douche manquante), pas de papier dans les toilettes,lavabo bouché,draps sales,climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas,boîte à clés qui s'ouvre au bout de 20essais,immeuble très salé et insalubre,quartier peu fréquentable,pas de parking,porte de l'immeuble cassée et jamais fermée,nous avons écourté notre sejour »

FANTASTIQUE 💚💚10/10

"Superbe hôtel avec belles prestations. Superbe piscine extérieure et intérieure avec spa. Très bien placé dans Agia Napa. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très gentil et s’occupe bien de vous. Les repas sont fantastiques aux 3 restaurants de l’hôtel.Un grand bravo au chef. Un grand merci à Christina et Lola pour leur gentillesse. Je recommande cet hôtel à 100 pour 100. "
