« The apartment is cute and conveniently located in Gastown next to shops, waterfront and food. However, it is not well managed.Our check-in was delegated at the last minute to the cleaning staff. Wifi instructions were missing in the check-in information but provided within an hour of requesting it. There was an electrical problem in the unit leaving us with no TV and no kitchen lights that didn’t get fixed until 9pm the second night of our rental. The AC in the bedroom was taken out the day we got there so we had to leave the bedroom door open to keep it a comfortable temp in the room. »
