« My young family and I enjoyed the perfect getaway at Hidden Pond. Only a 30-minute drive from Victoria and we arrived at the beautiful rural property. The Gong Suite was very spacious and had the most charming touches, such as whimsical art, luxurious linens, classic board games, and a coffee bar stocked with fresh fruit, muffins and cookies. « We’ve stayed at Breakers East a few times. We choose it for the beachfront location and size of the building as it keeps the beach less crowded than larger properties. This particular unit had a very large, beautiful updated kitchen, but other aspects were neglected. It had a very musty smell. The outdoor furniture is old and falling apart and all of the doors were in poor condition. The couches could use a cleaning and there are not any ceiling fans or ceiling lights in the unit - strange....
