« Kimberley and her partner were wonderful hosts. Check-in was easy and straightforward. The rooms are clean and comfortable. One slight quibble was that the previous tenants had used up the toilet paper and it hadn't been replaced yet, but when I mentioned it to Kimberley, she replaced it immediately. Also, the previous tenants had left the bathroom a bit untidy. Again, this was a very minor issue. Overall this is an excellent place to stay. »

« Amy was a fantastic host! We had a little hiccup with the booking process but she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We had a large group come to do some team building while we attended a conference in Vancouver and this space was perfect! Would absolutely book with Amy again! »

« The property was exactly as advertised; clean, tidy and well equipped. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms suited our requirements exactly. A lovely view of Lions Gate Bridge and Downtown Vancouver. It was an easy drive to Downtown, Stanley Park and other parts of the city. Also, an easy drive to Squamish and Whistler. Would recommend and would certainly stay again. »

« The property was not "prestigious", was under a covered verandah and was dark.. was only "bright" if you turned on all of the lights, The "garden" was full of weeds. There was a smell that was not to my liking upon entering the unit. But the unit seemed to be well cleaned. The landlord continually requested to meet me in person at check- in before providing codes for door..Not sure why? I did not stay and was not provided a refund...I was told I would receive 150 cleaning rebate. »

« We thought all places on VRBO were the entire house but this is a single room rental with shared spaces of other renters in the basement as well as the owner living upstairs. The room was dirty and not well kept, the mattress had stains, no fitted sheet, door was greasy and black, used bar of soap in the shower, and lots of diy fixes of holes in the walls.The shared downstairs door has an electronic lock that other guests to the house would wake us up when they got home late because they kept...
