« Property was well stocked with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, plates and pans. The view of the lake was great. Improvements: more reliable internet and a much better hot water heater. The internet dropped quite often and almost everyone had to take cold showers. »

« Property was well maintained, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had almost everything we could possibly need to cook a variety of meals throughout our stay. Beds were comforable. Plenty of space to relax with others or retreat to a different part of the cabin alone time. Having access to washer and dryer was a very handy addition to the stay. « The property was extremely clean and well thought out. We loved the view of Bear Lake and the kitchen had everything we needed. « The Southern Charm Silo was so perfect for our family’s stay in Lava Hot Springs. It was so clean, very luxurious, bright, and comfortable, also super close to the town. The bedroom was big and unique, a loft at the top of the silo, and had beautiful views, and the shower was huge! We appreciated the remote control blinds to block the early sun. « We spent a week at this house. There was plenty of room, we never felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked. Lots of parking and it was nice to use the garage. We saw a lot of animals (deer, moose, wild turkeys and such. Beautiful view. The only negative was that we couldn’t get into the pool and other amenities, we needed a little more information on that. See you next year! »

« The amenities here are awesome! Great view and hot tub worked perfectly. There was a wasp nest in the electrical box next to the hot tub where my nephew was stung and some of the appliances from the kitchen and stove weren't very clean. Other than that this one of my favorite places to come stay with our pets! recommended »

« Cabin was nice and cozy. Great location. It is out away from the "city" but not too far. The access to ideal beach is a huge plus. In our 2 night stay the kids were able to see squirrels in the yard, a deer, and a bunch of wild turkeys. The house had a ton of beach toys stocked in the closet, games, kids toys, a pack & play, and pretty much anything you would need for a good time with kids. Highly recommend for families. »

« Only stayed one night but the house had everything we needed. Its very clean and uncluttered, nice get-away esthetic. The game room was a hit for this group of competitive family members. A deck would've been the icing on the cake! Property was great and we were close to all the activities we were there to enjoy. »
