« We sincerely appreciated Natalie allowing us to check in early at 1pm instead of 4pm. We were at Bear Lake to attend my son's wedding and I was tasked with cooking Paella for 35 people which required extensive prep which took extra time for myself and wife and daughter and are grateful to Natalie for her kind gesture. Just to pass along info to Natalie, the sliding screen door at the rear door was significantly damaged when we arrived and did not slide correctly on the lower rail. It did not...
