« When we first walked in the lady at the front desk sat next to the wall and I personally did not see her. When we walked up to her, she had an annoyed tone and was snippy with one worded responses, "ID; Here; Sign This" I'm not in the hospitality business, but I am from Texas and I try to be kind, even when this lady was being intentionally rude. « very nice accommodations but very confusing layout. seemed we walked thru the garage a lot. wasn’t able to use all the amenities like the pool area, mistly closed off due to construction. the shower was sooo big - seemed like alot of wasted space that could’ve fit a soaker tub, also towel rack very far from bathing area.
